Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Contract Authoring

Actual behavior:


Contract is created by the person whose email is not registered in the DocuSign.
Whenever we are clicking on the Actions --> Manage signatures. It is displaying error as
oracle.jbo.JboException: The UserID does not have a valid membership in this Account(attached screen shot for your reference).
