What If Depreciation Analysis Errors On Assets with Bonus Rule = Change in Cost (Doc ID 2816472.1)

Symptoms

When adding a bonus rule (Change in Cost) to an asset (One time or Not one time), running What-if analysis on the asset which crosses Fiscal year user gets the following error; although the Prepare What-if shows as succeeded.


You must specify the bonus rate for the transaction date.

The What-If Analysis program is complete.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Create bonus rule with Change in Cost, Year, Recapture Year of 5 years

2)  Add asset with this bonus rule in current period

3)  Run What-if on asset for 15 periods to cross first year and second year. Error occurs
