The error You can't add bargaining unit xxxx because its country tag doesn't match the country of union. Select the correct bargaining unit. (PER-1531986) is received when attempting to associate some Bargaining Units to a Worker Union.


Steps to replicate error:
1. My Client Groups > Quick Actions - Show More
2. Workforce Structures > Manage Worker Unions
3. Search for and select a Worker Union
4. Click Edit
5. In the Associated Bargaining Units section, click the + icon to Add Row
6. Select a Sequence and Bargaining Unit
7. Click Submit 
8. Receive error
