In RF When Receiving The Load The Following Error: Item Missing Dims/Putaway Type (Doc ID 2816576.1)

Receiving Validation message "Item Missing Dims/Putaway Type" even after populating required data

System is configured to have Putaway Type, Unit Volume, Unit Height, Unit Width, Unit Length and Unit Weight required in "Required Item Fields". Initially item# 184 had these fields missing when the message was initially raised. We updated these to following values PutawayType = CAM_WIP, Unit_Volume = 1000, Unit_Length= 10, Unit_width = 10, Unit_height = 10 and Unit_weight = 100. Tried receiving again using RF screen "Receive Load" still getting the same error messaged. Tried logging out and logging back again, this did not help either.
Getting error message and preventing us from receiving this item altogether.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Warehouse on Cloud Go to "Required Item Fields" screen and add columns Putaway Type, Unit_Volume, Unit_Height, Unit_Width, Unit_Length and Unit_Weight.
2. Navigation Path: Go to "Required Item Fields" screen and add columns Putaway Type, Unit_Volume, Unit_Height, Unit_Width, Unit_Length and Unit_Weight. 
3. Create Items Record with all needed values except Putaway_Type, Unit_volume. Create PO with the item created in step 2, Create IB Shipment for this PO from "Purchase Orders" screen.
4. Get the IB Load from IB Shipment Screen, go IB Load screen and check in the load to a dock door.
5. Log Into RF and to "Receive Load" Screen, scan the dock door to start receiving.
6. When prompted scan item code and hand enter qty.
7. System throws error message mentioned it the subject of this SR. "Item missing Dims/Putaway Type".
8. Go back to Item GUI screen, edit the item in question and update Putaway_type and Unit_Volume with valid values.
9. Log Into RF and to "Receive Load" Screen, scan the dock door to start receiving again.
10. When prompted scan item code and hand enter qty.
11. System still raises error message mentioned it the subject of this SR. "Item missing Dims/Putaway Type".
12. Try Load Receiving again after 15 minutes, this time system will not raise the error and will allow you to receive the item without any issues.
