Why is an incorrect Adjustment value displayed in the Approve physical inventory adjustment UI? Below is the scenario-

Created a test case for physical inventory adjustment for a subinventory A, and posted 3 items.
Approve Physical Inventory Adjustments screen, shows item and Adjustment value cost information as below-
Item Adjustment Value
A 1.3
B 1.822
C 16.617
However, in the Review Item Cost screen, the total unit cost for these items A, B and C shows as 0.
