After Adding a User to a User Group, the Group Displays Zero Users or the Specific User Is Not Added to the User Group (Doc ID 2818028.1)

A Unifier administrator edited a User account ("Username 1") and in the "Groups" tab the user was added to group "User Group 1". However when viewing the group this specific user was not displayed in the Members tab for the User Group.

Expecting the user to be displayed as a Member of the "User Group 1" group.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > User Administration > Company Users > Username 1 > Open > Groups tab > Add > "User Group 1" > Add > OK
  3. Navigate to Groups > User Group 1 > Members tab > The user that was just added is not listed in Members.
