Problem Description:

When reporting on the following column in the Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time subject area in OTBI:

"Job Requisition - Dates"."Approved Date"

OR when reporting on the following column in the IRC_REQUISITIONS_B table using BI Publisher:

APPROVED_DATE

A date does not show for all requisitions even though the requisitions have been approved.
