Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Assignment & Omni Routing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Terminated employees (agents) are still active selections as "assignee" in Help Desk

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The terminated employees (agents) should not be available when performing a search in the SR Assign To field

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create or edit an SR
2. Click on the Assign To field and select search
3. Search for a terminated employee (agent)
