Incomplete ChildAllocationBases Nodes In Voucher XML

Symptoms
The Voucher XML does not have complete ChildAllocationBases nodes.
When selecting multiple standard invoices to consolidate them into one parent invoice and executing the action of Allocate Voucher - Invoice, the process is executed.
However, when the user sends the allocation interface and check the transmission's XML, only one AllocationBase in the ChildAllocationBases node is created.
It is expected to have several AllocationBases shown in the ChildAllocationBases due to the consolidation of several child invoices.
