Error: "Import failed to complete" When Importing P6 XML (Doc ID 2818690.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import P6 XML, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Import failed to complete successfully due to a business rules conflict. A Risk Matrix is not assigned to the project. (PRM-001003051)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Open workspace.
  3. Import XML.
  4. XML import will fail.
