How to use ScheduleService web service to Burst BIP report output into FTP server


I tried scheduling a report to burst the output into a FTP server using ScheduleService web service. Job ID's are getting generated as I could see them in the responses of the payloads. But I was not able to see any of these Job ID's in the Oracle Cloud environment.
Normally in the job history of this report, we should be able to see all scheduled jobs and their statuses .In this case, no such history is found.
