Symptoms

OUD proxy Version : 12.2.1.4.0
OMC Agent (Gateway and Cloud): 1.54.0

OMC is not detecting OUD proxy Instance Availability status correctly.
When the OUD proxy instance is down, OMC is not detecting the Status as Down, but shows it as Up.

The Response metric evaluation is incorrect.
