The error You must designate one of the secondary work relationships as primary before termination. The work relationship is primary from YYYY-MM-DD to YYYY-MM-DD (PER-1532127) occurs when:

• Attempting to terminate a contingent worker work relationship a day before the employee work relationship begins.
• Attempting to terminate a work relationship (e.g., an employee work relationship) that is considered primary as of the termination date.
