Symptoms

User is getting "Argument SID in the request is an empty string or NULL" error in Smart View

User has the following in Smart View > Options > Advanced > General > Shared Connections URL.
https://servername.oraclecloud.com/workspace/SmartViewProviders


All the other users can connect successfully except one.
