After Changing the Plan Component Assignment End-Date and Recalculating Commission, Existing Transactions Were Not Reprocessed (Doc ID 2820423.1)

Symptoms

After changing the plan component's assignment End Date ( eg. from 4/30/2021 to 5/30/2021), previously calculated transactions that now should match this plan component in Q2 are not being reprocessed. However, new transactions are being process for this plan component.

STEPS
1.  Compensation Plan Setup
     Compensation Plan : CompPlan1     01/01/2020 - 12/31/2049
     Plan Component      : PC1                 01/01/2021 - 12/31/2021
     Plan Component to Compensation Plan assignment date Range :   01/01/2021 - 04/30/2021  for participant Rep1
    
2.  Calculate commission
     Transaction : TRX-1  , Credit Date : 05/15/2021
     Commission generated is for a DIFFERENT plan component  PC2

3.  Extend the plan component to compensation plan end-date from  04/30/2021 to 05/30/2021 .

4.  Create new transaction TRX-2 that will match the plan component PC1.  Also, existing TRX-1 should match plan component PC1

5.  Submit Run All Transactions Processes  to submit Deploy Compensation Plan and processes through Calculation

6.  Review Earnings and see that transaction TRX-1 did not generate commission for plan component PC1
