Symptoms

You have configured RDG (Teradata) and PAC (On-prem Oracle DB)

RDG agent is disabled to allow traffic only through PAC for Oracle DB data source.

With RDG enabled, you get the results in a few seconds.

When RDG is disabled, you get severe performance issues in reports taking more time than expected.

Changes

You currently have both RDG and PAC, and to test performance with PAC connectivity method, disabled RDG, then you started seeing severe performance issues with reports taking more time.
