Unexpected Error Web Reports Execution Failed During Execution Of Web Report Via Scheduled Job (Doc ID 2821396.1)

Symptoms

Users have setup to execute a Web report via schedule Job XXXXX with Job Type = Run Web Report Gen2.

The Job was setup to run run every 5 mins with the folloiwng Parameters.

Job Parameters:

 

 

 

The job would run and complete with an error. In Scheduled Job > Details, see the Task completed with Failed status.

To find what is the exact error, open the Application Logs UI (UI-HTML: Application Logs) and query with search parameters: Module = Scheduled Job and Key = < Enter Job Nbr> and Click Find.

Users see the following error:

ERROR
-----------------------
Scheduled job XXXXX failed. Error: Unexpected error, web reports execution failed.

 

 
The scheduled Job error seem to happen only when the Web report did not return any output.
