Record missing in PACKITEM BREAKOUT error receiving while loading Simple Packitem in DC tool.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to DC tool
2. import
3. Data validation
4. Business Validation
Error: The data is getting failed due to 'Records missing in Packitem_breakout' error. The packitem is a simple pack item still receiving this issue.
