Symptoms

While trying to extract all data so far sent to Fusion using DDS, it fails with "Unpredictable runtime error is caught"

Steps To Recreate:
1) Invoke https://<SERVER>/dynamic-data-service-web/resources/dds/<CFIN RFI INT SCHEMA>/data?fromTables=EXT_FIN_SYSTEM_FILES_CONTENT&offse=0&pageLimit=25000 to GET data.
2) Notice that it fails with "Unpredictable runtime error is caught"
