Create accounting is unable to assign a account combination for a journal line with below exception.

The account xxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx is
invalid. You must review the error: Location & Cost Center is A Must with P&L
Accounts.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Costing > Cost Accounting
2. From task like select 'Create Accounting'
3. In the parameters, provide the Subledger Application 'Cost Management'
4. After providing rest of the parameters, click on 'Submit'
5. See the error in the Create Accounting Execution Report.
