On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics
When attempting to import modification into BICC from another environment, the following error occurs:

Missing IN or OUT parameter at index:1
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Export the modification from the 21D environment
2. Import the modification into a 21C environment
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get their modifications into a 21C BICC environment.
