Symptoms

Rollup credits not generated from direct credits.



STEPS
Navigator > Participant Assignments
1. Create rollup rule by using Import Macro or Import Management
2. Create new Rollup hierarchy and move these rollup rules under the new hierarchy
3. Run Crediting
4. Run Rollup
5. Review Credits and do not see any rollup credits generated for the Direct Credit
