Error While Accessing The ISR List in NextGen (Doc ID 2823367.1)

Unable to see existing Next Gen Internal Service Request(ISR) that have been created.It throws an error 'Error response during Rest Action' 
On creation of ISR it throws " Unable to parse the provided payload error".

Click on Helpdesk tab-> Helpdesk requests-> The list page throws an error""Error response during RestAction""
Click on Create Service Request button-> Save. The Save throws an error: Save Failed. Unable to parse the provided payload error
