Daily Digest Date is Different from Email Sent Date (Doc ID 2823568.1)

Symptoms

Users are seeing a time difference in the emails from Daily Digest email notifications. The actual email sent date is different from date in body of the email. For example, the email is received at Tue "9/21/2021 12:02 AM" while the actual date noted inside the body of the email/Daily Digest shows  "Monday, September 20, 2021 12:02:21 AM ". This is a 24 hour time difference.
