When attempting to send the notification email in Compensation Change Statement, the following error occurs on the log:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to My Client Groups > Compensation > Run Batch Process > Process Workforce Compensation Change Statements.
2. Input the parameters to generate the compensation change statement, Turn on "Notify Worker" checkbox.
3. Submit the process.
