Encountered COST_ZONE related errors in Business Validation step while loading Store_add files in DC Tool.
ERROR

'NO_COST_ZONE_INFO' and 'NO_COST_ZONE_GROUP_LOC_INFO'.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post File Import and Data Validation steps in Dc Tool, cost zone related errors are encountered in the Business Validation step of DC tool.
2. The errors encountered are 'NO_COST_ZONE_INFO' and 'NO_COST_ZONE_GROUP_LOC_INFO'.
3. The records are successfully loaded into store and addr tables as well.
4. The above errors are encountered irrespective of, if the data is available in cost_zone and cost_zone_group_loc tables.
