Posting of Base Salary Adjustments is failing if future dated termination is present

We are facing an issue while posting the salary adjustments for employees having future dated termination date. For example, if any colleague is having a future dated termination on 07/04/2022, the posting of Base Salary Adjustment for that colleague is failing in this duration. If we manually try to do the salary change in this duration (say, 01/01/2022), the system is not throwing any error. In this case, the previous record is ended on 31/12/2021 and the new record starts from 01/01/2022 and ends on 07/04/2022 (termination date). But if we try to do the same thing by running the Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to HR process, the system is throwing error.
