The RTLOG Files Transmitted Via SFTP Server Are Not Getting Loaded Into The Sales Audit Transaction Tables - No Errors (Doc ID 2824300.1)

Symptoms

 

The RTLOG files which were transmitted via SFTP server are not getting loaded into the Sales Audit transaction tables.

Step1: Upload the RTLOG file via SFTP server along with the .complete file.
Step2: Execute the batch schedule SA_TRANSACTION_LOADING_PROCESS_ADHOC in Oracle POM to perform the RTLOG consumption.
Step3: Validate the data in MFCS application's Apex Data viewer in the ReSA tables for successful consumption.

Observations:
1. There has been no mention of the RTLOG file in the POM logs of saimptlogi batch.
2. No records in the JOB_AUDIT_LOGS table with 'F' status for the execution date.
3. No transaction records present for the observed store_day_seq_no created for the store passed in the RTLOG.
4. No records in SA_TRAN_HEAD and SA_ERRORS tables.
