Notification From Alert Composers Are Sent To User Email Even "Test notification email address" Is Set in BPM (Doc ID 2824303.1)

Goal

We have set up the test notification email address as below; however, there are some alerts that are still assigning to Personal email address of the user instead of common inbox mail

a. Login as Administrator to BPM Worklist.
b. Go to BPM Worklist -> Administration> Enable the "Test notification email address"
