ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Find that reassigning Cash Advance approval notifications is showing an incorrect cash advance creator

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Did not expect cash advance to be reassigned to someone else.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Person creates a cash advance and their name is shown correctly within the approval notification sent out.
Someone with BPM Administrator access then reassigns that approval notification to someone else.
In the reassigned approval notification, the administrator who reassigned the approval notification is shown as the cash advance creator, not the person who actually created the cash advance.

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact: users cannot be confidently confirm who created the cash advance.
