A custom print ("CustomPrint1") has been created and a data element ("DataElement1" ) was added to the custom template. However, when downloading the Sample Data for this custom print,"DataElement1" is not displayed in the data. When viewing the Data View ("CustomPrintDataView1") that the Custom Print is based off of, the expected data is pulled from the same BP database table as expected; "DataElement1" is displayed in the resulting data.

Expecting that "DataElement1" would be displayed in the Sample Data for "CustomPrint1".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Data Structure Setup > Data Views > Find "CustomPrintDataView1" > Data > Note that "DataElement1" is displayed in the last column on the right.
  3. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Configuration > Custom Templates > Find and Open "CustomPrint1" > Sample Data > Generate > Download > View the data and note that "DataElement1" is not displayed.
