Goal
Customer testing failover scenario using dbaascli cloud tooling
executed reinstate command from New primary (previous standby cluster), reinstate was success but observed below error message -
$ dbaascli dataguard reinstate --dbname srcdb01
DBAAS CLI version 21.3.1.2.0
