A WebLogic Server (WLS) Domain contains Dynamic Clusters and Dynamic Servers as shown below:

Discovering this WLS Domain in Oracle Management Cloud (OMC) does not discover the WLS Dynamic Servers, but only lists Domain and Dynamic Clusters.

The status of all the WLS Dynamic Cluster is also shown as Down in OMC Console.
