On : 12.2.1.4 version, Managing Service Instances

MFTCS | Repoint new database from 12c to 19c version

Currently we have MFTCS MP (WLS 12.2.4.0) application which is using DB(12c) version.
Underlying DB 12c version support ending July 2022, it was told there is no option DB in-place(12c to 19c version due to some limitation) hence need to provision new DB(19c) version which need to repointed to an existing JCS instance.

Can you please provide the steps how to repoint an existing MFTCS MP to new database(19c)..?
