Symptoms
When attempting to authenticate with the P6 EPPM REST API, the following error occurs.

Additional errors may be returned such as:
- {"statusCode":501,"result":"failure","message":"Internal Server Error"}
- "message:" "Invalid database name passed."
- 401 Unauthorized
