Symptoms
On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Period Close Setup & Processing
When attempting to close period
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
ERROR: GL_CLOSE_GL_PD_OPEN_IC_TRX: There are open intercompany transactions for period Nov-21.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to General Accounting ->Period close
2. Select Nov-21 period and click on close.
