Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version

When utilizing Office 365 as the external e-mail client:

The Unifier environment is being hosted in the Oracle OCI Cloud (Example of a OCI Cloud environment:  https://unifier.oraclecloud.com/<companyname>) and some users, but not all, are reporting that they have stopped receiving Unifier E-mails or Notifications. It was working at some point and then like an on/off switch they just stopped receiving E-mails from Unifier.
