Study Information Deleted When Case Saved (Doc ID 2827083.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When a user opens the case, the cursor is automatically in the Report Type field.
If any change is made to the field like a space or accidentally clicking any key and then clicking on any other field or another tab the Report Type field
will revert back to Sponsored Trial and in the Study information section, the Project ID and Study ID fields are deleted.
If the case is Saved the Study information is lost.

This also occurs for Literature Study Type and the Literature Information section.



Steps to Repeat:
Open Sponsored Trial Case
The cursor is automatically in the Report Type field
Change Sponsored Trial to anything else or just add a space.
Tab out of the Report Type field
The screen show a quick Processing pop-up and when the screen returns to the General tab.
The Report Type field is repopulated with Sponsored Trial
In the Study information section, the Project ID and Study ID fields are deleted.
If the case id saved, the Study information will be saved as blank.
