Goal

POM RDE does not allow enabling/disabling jobs

Within POM and after selecting the RDE chain, the enable/disable options are not available.
Is there a missing role assigned to the user or is a configuration missing to be done in POM?

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------------
1- Login into POM.
2- Select "Batch Administration".
3- Select "RDE" > "Nightly".
4- Under the listed jobs, the "enabled" switch is greyed out and no changes can be performed.
