Unable to update Asset Bonus Rule via spreadsheet.

The following error occurs:

You must enter a life-to-date bonus depreciation amount that is between zero and the asset recoverable cost.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Assets work bench
2. Update asset book to the federal tax book
3. Click the task bar , Click “Adjusts Assets In spreadsheet”
4. Sign in to Oracle
5. Enter Asset Number
6. Update status to POST
7. Enter Depreciation Method / Life in Years / Life in Months
8. Enter the Prorate convention
9. Enter the New Bonus Rule
10. Click “POST”
