When Using Shell Creation BP the Shell Template Picker Is Not Populating With Available Shell Templates (Doc ID 2827959.1)

Symptoms

In the Project Creation Business Process (BP) the Shell Template picker is not working when clicking on the field, then selecting a specific Shell Template, nothing happens. It is possible to manually type the desired value for Shell Template name in the field, but the picker does not seem to function correctly and display them as expected.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Shell Template picker should display available shell templates and allow the highlight of a value for the Shell template, then "Select" it so that the value is saved to the upper form.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into the Unifier environment.
2. Navigate to Company Workspace > Upper Node > Project Creation BP > +Create
3. In the "Create new Project Request BP" window > Enter required fields > In the "Shell Templates"field, click on the shell picker > Select a value > Click "Select" and note that nothing happens.
4. Close the Shell Template picker window, manually type in the field the desired shell template, the record can be completed and Sent successfully.
