Outlook Calendar Does Not Sync Appointments For A User (Doc ID 2828219.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A users appointments are not syncing from outlook to the sales cloud.

When the user shares an appointment with the sales cloud.  No error is shown, but the appointment does not get sync'd.
Other users are able to sync successfully.

The Microsoft 365 monitor. page shows that the user is created but has not yet been sync'd successfully.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the appointments will sync from outlook to the server

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an appointment from outlook.
2. Select the appointment and share to the server.
3. Sync.     but the appointment is not shared.
