Campaign SMS Pause/Stop Still Increasing Numbers of Sent On Monitor Campaigns (Doc ID 2829417.1)

Symptoms


When pausing/stopping an SMS campaign on Monitor Campaigns it continues sending the messages, a thousand messages, it shows PAUSED and the message shows "Launch Abort Failed"..

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a SMS Campaign Under Campaign type as SMS 
2. Launch it
3. Now click on STOP or PAUSE.
