With a use case where Approvals route to an Approval Group of users for Approval for Purchase Requisitions on a First Responder Wins Basis
  >> ie: Approval Group = User 1, User 2, User 3, and User 4

When Approval is routed to the Approval Group, Users 1 - 4 will all receive an Approval Email Notification.
Say User 1 Approves the PR ---> The PR is then fully approved as they were the last approvers

In the Email notifications, there is a Requisition Hyperlink that is a deep link to open the PR.
After the PR is fully approved, if User 1 drills into the Requisition Hyperlink on the PR Approval Email Notification, they are able to login and see the PR Details.
However, if User 2, User 3, or User 4 tries to drill into the Requisition Hyperlink on the PR Approval Email Notification after the PR is fully approved -- They are NOT able to see the PR Details.
If User 2, User 3, or User 4 drills into the Requisition Hyperlink on the PR Approval Email Notification after the PR is fully approved and logs into the application, they are met with the following error
