When attempting to process sales orders, the following error is observed within Inventory Management.

Error: You can't process the transaction because an error occurred in the {PACKAGE_PROCEDURE} procedure.

Steps Followed -

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Log into Fusion Applications.
2. Navigate to Supply Chain Execution->Inventory Management->Task List->Manage Supply Lines.
3. Search with Shipment Number.
4. Click on Ship Confirm.
5. Transaction Stuck with Pending Inventory interface.
6. Go to Manage Pending Transactions.
7. Verify the Error records.
