Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

application performance issue when click on project DCL field for some user

Navigation:
Open any opportunity with the user "Z003EJTU" with having project(custom DCL field) attached to it

-> Opportunity  edit page
-> click on the DCL
-> taking around 2min to appear project or some connection failed


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Slowness should not be there
