Bluebeam Sessions Cannot Add Files in Unifier (Doc ID 2830076.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier Any Version that Supports Bluebeam

When users create a Bluebeam session in Unifier, the error below occurs.  This only happens for some users when creating a Bluebeam session.

ERROR
-----------------------

 "Session created with Errors 'File Name' could not be added to Session".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier
  2. Navigate to Shell -> Document Manager -> Bluebeam Studio Session
  3. Create Session
  4. Include Session Name and select any file for 'Review Files' for Bluebeam to start the session with
  5. Create Session
  6. Error Popup occurs.
