Bluebeam Sessions Cannot Add Files in Unifier

Symptoms
On : Unifier Any Version that Supports Bluebeam
When users create a Bluebeam session in Unifier, the error below occurs. This only happens for some users when creating a Bluebeam session.
ERROR

"Session created with Errors 'File Name' could not be added to Session".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to Unifier
- Navigate to Shell -> Document Manager -> Bluebeam Studio Session
- Create Session
- Include Session Name and select any file for 'Review Files' for Bluebeam to start the session with
- Create Session
- Error Popup occurs.
