Fusion Global HR: Autocomplete Rule - Default "Recommended For Rehire" Flag Not Working (Doc ID 2830107.1)

Symptoms

There is an autocomplete rule to default 'Recommended For Rehire' field to 'Yes' using Object Defaulting Rule.
However, it's still defaulting to 'Not Specified' as delivered default value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Termination flow should default Recommended for Rehire to Yes.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Get Worker Work Relationship.Get Existing Work Relationship
2. row.Var_RelationshipRow.Recommened for Rehire = Yes
3. Termination > Flag still defaulting to ‘Not Specified’
