Fusion UK Payroll - Tax Codes Are Not Updated After Processing the HMRC Data Retrieval and Load HMRC XML Data Processes (Doc ID 2830137.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, UK Payroll

HMRC Data Retrieval Process is run for a TRU and it is correctly retrieving the existing records, for 1 employee.
The Tax code for the employee should get updated but when the 'Load HMRC XML File' is run the last task 'Transfer HDL' is in error and the employee's tax code is not updated.

The data supplied in the file does not match any existing record


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the HMRC Data Retrieval process
2. Run the Load HMRC XML file
3. Error highlighted in the audit report
