Symptoms
On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, UK Payroll
HMRC Data Retrieval Process is run for a TRU and it is correctly retrieving the existing records, for 1 employee.
The Tax code for the employee should get updated but when the 'Load HMRC XML File' is run the last task 'Transfer HDL' is in error and the employee's tax code is not updated.

1. Run the HMRC Data Retrieval process
2. Run the Load HMRC XML file
3. Error highlighted in the audit report
