Symptoms
The Price List Batch Import FBDI template is being used to to create new charge record for items, while end dating the existing charge, using the END-INSERT Operation.
This action is working as expected, however, the when revieweing the charges in the QP_PRICE_LIST_CHARGES table, the LAST_UPDATE_DATE on the end-dated charge is not getting updated to the date on which it was end-dated.
Below is an example of the above issue-

In the above example, the End Date for line 1 was updated by the END-INSERT function, but the last update date is not reflecting the actual last update date, which should be 8-Nov-2021.
